  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively promote and enhance Comcast's brand and messaging.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and craft key messages and talking points for various internal and external communication initiatives.
  3. Create and manage communication plans for key company initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall company messaging.
  4. Monitor and track media coverage to identify potential issues or opportunities and proactively recommend appropriate responses.
  5. Serve as a company spokesperson, effectively communicating key messages to the media and other external stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure positive coverage and build brand awareness.
  7. Write and review communication materials, including press releases, speeches, talking points, blog posts, and social media content.
  8. Train and prepare company executives and leaders for media interviews and speaking engagements.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and news to identify potential communication opportunities and risks.
  10. Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Manage crisis communication efforts to protect and maintain the company's reputation.
  12. Identify and engage with relevant thought leaders and influencers to amplify the company's messaging and increase brand awareness.
  13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
  14. Stay up-to-date with best practices in communications and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Public Relations Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling And Effective Messaging For Various Audiences.

  • Proven Experience In Crisis Communications, Including Developing And Executing Crisis Communication Plans.

  • Proficient In Social Media Management And Monitoring, With A Deep Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices.
