  1. Conduct sales reporting and analysis for the business sales division using various tools and software.
  2. Analyze sales data and identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to gather and verify sales data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  4. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide insights to the team.
  5. Assist in developing and implementing new reporting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to the sales team and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  8. Support the team in developing sales forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends.
  9. Attend meetings and training sessions to learn and develop skills in sales reporting and analytics.
  10. Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales data and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline sales reporting and analysis processes.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales reporting and analytics.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support sales initiatives.
  15. Assist in ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from management as needed.
