  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the local community to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Utilize a variety of sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs in order to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective sales processes and customer support.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge, competitors, and market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  9. Utilize sales tracking tools and systems to manage and report on sales activities, revenue, and forecasts.
  10. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies.
  12. Stay informed about product and service offerings and be able to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  13. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to service.
  14. Communicate regularly with sales management to provide updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
  15. Represent the company at networking events and community gatherings to build and maintain relationships and promote the company's brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
