- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Northeast, TX region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, such as retailers and distributors, to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular sales visits to key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and address any issues or concerns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
- Train and educate customers on new products and promotions to increase sales.
- Negotiate and secure contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at customer locations to ensure product availability.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Colgate-Palmolive products and network with potential customers.
- Continuously analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Successful Customer Relationships.
Knowledge Of The Northeast Texas Market And Understanding Of Local Consumer Preferences And Trends.
