Job Description

Look no further, as Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Suisse romande. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with our professional and pharmacy clients. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Swiss market.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the professional and pharmacy industry.
  2. Manage and grow existing client relationships while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential areas for growth and improve sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions.
  5. Train and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide timely feedback to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the professional and pharmacy industry.
  9. Implement pricing and product strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Swiss market and adapt strategies accordingly.
  14. Provide regular training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and materials.
  16. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  17. Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
  18. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Qualifications
