The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing customer relationships, as well as a passion for understanding and improving customer experience.The Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing our customer collaboration processes, ensuring that our customers’ needs are met in a timely manner and that our supply chain organization is able to scale and deliver positive outcomes to our customers.The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and a passion for understanding and improving customer experience is also required. Experience with forecasting, inventory management, transportation, and/or logistics is preferred. This individual should also demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with our customers and our internal teams.
