- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for CRM and data analytics, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics, and proactively recommend new strategies and tools to drive success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the success of CRM and data initiatives.
