  1. Lead the development and execution of artwork for Colgate-Palmolive's diverse portfolio of products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate delivery of artwork.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global market trends and consumer preferences in order to create visually captivating and relevant packaging designs.
  4. Manage a team of designers and artwork coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and adherence to brand standards.
  5. Oversee the creation of packaging prototypes and mock-ups to be used for internal and external presentations and approvals.
  6. Partner with external vendors and agencies to source and select materials, finishes, and printing techniques that align with brand standards and meet cost objectives.
  7. Monitor and manage the artwork development process to ensure artwork is completed within established timelines and budget.
  8. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure artwork meets all regulatory and legal requirements.
  9. Continuously seek out and implement improvements to the artwork development process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and techniques related to packaging design and artwork development.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on artwork development and seek input and feedback on packaging strategies.
  12. Represent Colgate-Palmolive at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed on emerging packaging trends and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Level Artwork Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Artwork Processes And Regulations, Including Fda, Ema, And Other Regulatory Bodies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Artwork Projects For Global Markets.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
