- Develop and execute effective shopper marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and behaviors and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
- Manage and track shopper marketing budgets to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers and partners to drive collaboration and maximize joint marketing opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of shopper marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate marketing strategies and results.
- Take ownership of the shopper marketing function and make continuous efforts to innovate and improve processes and strategies.
- Represent Colgate-Palmolive at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of shopper marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Colgate-Palmolive's brand portfolio, products, and consumer demographics to effectively target and engage shoppers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in all business activities.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement, both personally and for the business.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Marketing Within The Consumer Goods Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Retail And Shopper Marketing Strategies
