- Act as a subject matter expert in skincare research and provide input on product development strategies.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property by identifying and protecting novel formulations and technologies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor products and industry trends to inform product development strategies.

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Senior Research Scientist At Colgate-Palmolive Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmacology. A Ph.d. Is Preferred.
Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Research, Preferably In Skincare Or Related Fields. This Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Research Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Skincare: The Senior Research Scientist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Skincare Industry, Including Trends, Ingredients, And Formulations. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Product Safety Standards.
