- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for PCA Skin and EltaMD brands.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and expand customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Train and develop sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and execute campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and addressing any customer concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the inside sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure that the sales team does the same.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Manager, Inside Sales At Colgate-Palmolive Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Managing And Leading A Team Of Inside Sales Representatives, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members To Achieve Their Goals.
Knowledge Of The Skincare Industry: As Pca Skin And Eltamd Are Both Skincare Brands, A Senior Manager, Inside Sales Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Skincare Industry And Market Trends, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate The Unique Selling Points Of The Products To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Both Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Customers, Team Members, And Senior Management. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships.
