Senior Director, Global Logistics

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute global logistics initiatives in order to ensure the successful execution of Colgate-Palmolive's global supply chain strategy.
2. Manage a team of international logistics professionals and ensure their success in executing global logistics operations.
3. Create and implement strategies to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and recommend processes, procedures, and policies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
5. Monitor global supply chain logistics and identify areas of improvement and potential areas of risk.
6. Work with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
7. Develop key performance metrics and review performance to ensure continuous improvement.
8. Analyze data and provide insights to the rest of the organization.
9. Work with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in global supply chain logistics.
