- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for our products.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory laws and guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all regulatory inquiries and audits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates in regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve product labels, marketing materials, and other product-related information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory documentation.
- Monitor and track any changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Review and approve product formulations to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve regulatory processes.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to other teams on regulatory matters.
- Participate in industry conferences and training to stay current on regulatory developments.
- Communicate any potential regulatory risks or issues to upper management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve current regulatory processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Uphold Colgate-Palmolive's commitment to delivering safe and effective products to our customers.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Science, Pharmacy, Or Regulatory Affairs.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And International Regulatory Agencies.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Regulatory Agencies.
