- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the assigned region.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals and ensure a culture of excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the region.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
