  1. Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  3. Maintain and update quality control procedures to ensure they are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  7. Communicate any quality issues or concerns to management in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to quality control and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  9. Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and standards.
  10. Participate in new product development and launch processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  11. Assist in resolving customer complaints related to product quality.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.
  13. Continuously strive to improve quality processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to improving the health and well-being of our consumers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Quality Management, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Control, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Including Iso 9001 And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems And Tools Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues.
