Professional Services Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for procuring professional services that meet Colgate-Palmolive’s needs and objectives.
2. Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
4. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
5. Monitor performance of suppliers and service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
6. Manage and coordinate the procurement process from request to delivery.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
9. Prepare and analyze reports related to procurement activities.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
