
Packaging Engineer
Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Packaging Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for learning and a desire to make a positive impact in the world of consumer goods. As a Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing packaging solutions that meet the needs of Colgate-Palmolive's global markets.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in packaging engineering or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You should have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:
-Design and develop packaging solutions that meet the needs of Colgate-Palmolive’s global markets -Utilize packaging design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, to create packaging designs -Analyze and assess the needs of different markets and recommend suitable packaging solutions -Research and stay up to date with the latest packaging materials and processes -Develop and present packaging solutions to internal and external stakeholders -Prepare and present reports and presentations on packaging solutions -Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards -Ensure timely delivery of packaging solutions -Perform cost-benefit analysis and determine the most cost-effective packaging solutions -Maintain and update packaging design software and other related tools
