- Develop and implement microbiological methods and procedures to detect and identify potential contaminants.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential issues, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve product formulations and processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiological techniques and technology.
- Train and mentor junior microbiologists on laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microbiological testing.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate and present microbiological findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including management and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and confidentiality.

Bachelor's Degree In Microbiology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Knowledge Of Microbiological Testing Methods And Instrumentation
Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
