- Develop and implement global ethics and compliance policies and procedures in alignment with company values and industry regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing ethics and compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular training and education programs to promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance within the organization.
- Serve as a resource for all employees on matters related to ethics and compliance, providing guidance and advice as needed.
- Lead investigations into potential violations of company policies or regulations and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote ethical business practices and compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to global ethics and compliance and communicate any necessary updates to the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that ethical considerations and compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and decision-making.
- Develop and oversee a system for reporting and addressing any concerns or violations related to ethics and compliance.
- Lead by example and uphold the company's values of integrity, diversity, and continuous growth in all aspects of the role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Ethics And Compliance Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Ethics And Compliance Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Anti-Corruption Laws, Data Privacy Laws, And International Trade Laws.
Experience In A Multinational Corporation: Colgate-Palmolive Is A Global Company With Operations In Over 200 Countries. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Multinational Corporation And Should Be Able To Navigate Complex Legal And Regulatory Environments.
