- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for growth and improvement within the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Work closely with the brand team to ensure digital marketing efforts align with brand messaging and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Identify and implement new and innovative ways to drive brand awareness and increase sales through digital channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to digital marketing.
- Continuously track and analyze competitor digital marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a representative of the company's digital marketing efforts at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital And Performance Marketing Roles, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Strong Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset, With Experience Using Tools Such As Google Analytics And Adwords
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Digital Campaigns Across Multiple Platforms, Including Social Media, Search, And Display
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage External Agencies/Vendors.
