  1. Develop and implement data governance strategies and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Lead customer engagement and communication efforts to ensure a customer-focused approach to data management.
  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure data governance initiatives align with business goals.
  4. Monitor and track data governance performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on data governance principles and best practices.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on data governance policies and procedures.
  7. Identify and address potential data governance risks and issues.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to promote data governance awareness and understanding across the organization.
  9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement data governance tools and technologies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data governance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of data governance and customer success within the organization.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.

  14. Prepare and present data governance reports to senior management.

Job Qualifications
