Manager Analysis & Reporting

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Manager Analysis & Reporting with a passion for data-driven insights to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and have a deep understanding of the business and finance. They must be able to translate complex data into meaningful insights and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The Manager Analysis & Reporting will be responsible for understanding and driving financial performance, providing leadership and decision support, and ensuring accuracy and quality of financial results. They will collaborate closely with the management team to develop a strong understanding of the business and provide insights to promote and drive the strategic direction of the company.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting; advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems; and proficiency in MS Office suite. The ability to build relationships and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment is essential. A CPA certification is a plus.
