In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees have a positive leave experience and receive the support they need during their time away from work.   1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee leave administration, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, and company-specific leave policies.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave requests and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and guidance.
  3. Maintain detailed documentation and records of all leave requests, approvals, and related communications.
  4. Stay up-to-date on federal and state leave regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  5. Collaborate with HR team members to identify and implement process improvements for leave administration.
  6. Partner with third-party leave administrators and vendors to ensure seamless and efficient leave management.
  7. Assist with the development and delivery of training and resources for managers and employees related to leave administration.
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns related to leave administration to minimize disruption to business operations.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Leave Administration And Compliance.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Leave Laws, Such As Fmla, Ada, And Workers' Compensation.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Leave Cases Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Employees, Managers, And External Vendors.
