- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the Nuevo León region.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective account management strategies.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for the Nuevo León region.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of account activities and performance using company systems and tools.
- Represent Colgate-Palmolive with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with key accounts.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver presentations to key accounts to showcase new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management Or Sales Within The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Market And Competitive Landscape In Nuevo León, Mexico.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth And Achieving Targets In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
