  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all consumer-related inquiries and concerns in the European market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of consumer affairs processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze consumer feedback, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve product and service offerings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance the overall consumer experience.
  5. Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate internal teams on consumer affairs policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer affairs to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and risks, and provide timely solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional image of the company in all consumer interactions.
  9. Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to respond to consumer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on key performance indicators and consumer satisfaction metrics.
  11. Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to consumer affairs in the European market.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline consumer affairs processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Affairs Or Customer Engagement In A Multinational Company.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of European Consumer Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Fmcg Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Projects And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
