- Develop and implement overall creative and digital brand strategy for Colgate-Palmolive's portfolio of brands.
- Lead and manage a team of creatives and digital marketers to ensure brand consistency and excellence in all communications and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align brand strategy with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer insights to continuously innovate and enhance brand experiences.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email.
- Monitor and analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- Champion a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Ensure all brand communications and materials adhere to brand guidelines and uphold the company's values.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Creative And Digital Brand Management, Preferably Within A Consumer Goods Company.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns Across Various Digital Channels.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And External Agencies.
In-Depth Understanding Of Digital Trends And Technologies, And The Ability To Leverage Them To Drive Brand Growth And Engagement.
