  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  10. Act as a leader and mentor to the sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving sales targets.
  11. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential customers.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
  13. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
  15. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Customer Development, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Customer Strategies And Driving Sales Growth.
