  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Proactively communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.

  6. Monitor and track customer sales and trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  7. Create and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer-specific promotional plans and campaigns.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  10. Travel to customer locations to conduct business meetings and build rapport with key decision-makers.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on customer activity, sales performance, and market trends.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to customer development and satisfaction.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, reflecting our brand values and commitment to customer service excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Influence Decision-Making.
