  1. Oversee all aspects of customer service and logistics operations for Colgate-Palmolive, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers worldwide.
  2. Develop and lead strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  3. Manage and coordinate with various teams, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure a high level of proficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain and logistics activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  9. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions in the supply chain.
  10. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  11. Lead and motivate a team of supply chain and logistics professionals, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company with integrity in all business interactions.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain, Logistics, Or Distribution Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Results.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Experience In Project Management And Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.
