We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controls Technician to join our 3rd shift team at our manufacturing facility. As a Controls Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment by troubleshooting and maintaining our electrical control systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.   1. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment.
  2. Conduct preventative maintenance on control systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  3. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve issues related to control systems.
  4. Develop and implement control system upgrades and modifications to improve equipment performance.
  5. Maintain accurate records of control system maintenance and repairs.
  6. Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in control systems to make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on control systems.
  8. Work independently and in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding control system issues and solutions.
  10. Train and mentor new technicians on control system maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Repair.

  • Proficiency In Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs), Human-Machine Interfaces (Hmis), And Other Control Systems.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
