1. Develop and execute clinical research studies in collaboration with the team.
2. Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with current research in the field.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of research studies.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities.
5. Coordinate and manage logistics for research studies, including participant recruitment and scheduling.
6. Communicate effectively with study participants, ensuring their understanding and cooperation throughout the research process.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines for conducting clinical research.
8. Monitor and analyze data collected during the research studies, and report findings to the team.
9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the research process.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve research protocols and procedures to ensure the highest quality of data.
11. Contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
12. Represent Colgate-Palmolive and our commitment to improving global health at conferences and other events.
13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new research methodologies and technologies into our studies.
14. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
