  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share for PCA Skin and EltaMD brands in the Richmond region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including spas, salons, and other beauty industry professionals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Represent the company and its brands with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  9. Continuously analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  10. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brands.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to clients.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, support each other's efforts, and achieve overall company goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  14. Travel within the designated region to meet with clients and attend events as needed.
