- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and drive growth and profitability for the Drogerie division.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and key accounts to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth areas and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and services that meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients to showcase the company's products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the personal care industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners and key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and maximize profitability.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the company's products and services meet all necessary standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
- Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Fmcg Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Drugstore Retail Landscape And Experience Working With Drugstore Chains.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Strategies To Drive Growth And Increase Market Share.
