Associate Analyst / Analyst - Finance, Accounts Payable

1. Process and track all incoming invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Review and verify accuracy of all invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
3. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
4. Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
6. Analyze and reconcile accounts payable data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
8. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable to continuously improve processes.
10. Support the Finance team with ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
11. Maintain strong vendor relationships through timely and professional communication.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
13. Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to management as required.
