
Associate Analyst / Analyst - Finance, Accounts Payable

- Process and track all incoming invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and verify accuracy of all invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
- Analyze and reconcile accounts payable data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable to continuously improve processes.
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships through timely and professional communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to management as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
1-3 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounts Payable Roles
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Experience With Financial Reporting And Analysis.
