  1. Conduct financial analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  2. Ensure compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain the company’s reputation.
  3. Develop and implement controls: Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
  4. Provide recommendations: Use your analytical skills and knowledge to provide recommendations for improving financial processes, controls, and compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  6. Prepare financial reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
  7. Conduct audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on regulations: Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company’s operations are in compliance.
  9. Train and educate: Train and educate team members on financial controls, compliance, and best practices to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  10. Drive process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs within the finance, controls, and compliance function.
  11. Uphold company values: Act in accordance with the company’s values, code of conduct, and ethical standards at all times.
  12. Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  13. Support team goals: Work collaboratively with the finance, controls, and compliance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Or Audit Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Controls And Compliance Regulations, Such As Sox, Coso, And Fcpa.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Experience With Financial Systems And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Microsoft Excel.
