Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst for Controls & Compliance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to identify and mitigate potential risks, as well as monitor our controls and compliance programs.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance across the company.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of controls and compliance programs, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any non-compliance areas and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on controls and compliance-related matters.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in controls and compliance to ensure the company remains in line with industry standards.
  7. Prepare and present reports and presentations on controls and compliance status to senior management.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all controls and compliance activities.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for external audits and regulatory inquiries, providing necessary documentation and support.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve controls and compliance processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to promoting ethical and responsible business practices within the company.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and issues.
  14. Stay informed about any changes in laws or regulations that may impact company operations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and compliance with company standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Internal Controls, Compliance, Or Audit.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Sox Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Processes To Identify Control Deficiencies And Recommend Improvements.
