AI Change Enablement Associate Manager

- Develop and implement strategies for successful adoption of AI technologies within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for AI integration.
- Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on the benefits and usage of AI solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a change agent to drive the adoption of AI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to continuously improve our processes.
- Conduct impact assessments and manage risks associated with AI implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Lead communication efforts to promote awareness and understanding of AI initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation and resources related to AI change enablement.
- Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders throughout the AI implementation process.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field (Such As Computer Science, Business, Or Organizational Psychology)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Change Management Or Project Management, Preferably In An Ai Or Technology-Driven Environment
Strong Understanding Of Ai Principles And Technologies, And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Change Initiatives, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Ai Solutions Within An Organization
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
