- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and provide consultation to clients on implementation, configuration, and optimization of the platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design custom solutions within the Workday HCM platform.
- Deliver high-quality and timely work products that meet client expectations and align with project goals.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues within the Workday HCM platform.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday HCM features, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance client solutions.
- Conduct trainings and provide support to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Workday HCM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems and processes.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities, and provide regular status updates to project managers.
- Uphold Cognizant's values and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Implementing Workday Hcm Modules, Including Core Hr, Benefits, Compensation, And Performance Management.
Workday Hcm Pro Certification And At Least 2 Successful Workday Hcm Implementations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Explain Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Understand And Document Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Functional Specifications.
