Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm As A Functional Consultant.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Regulations, With Experience In Implementing And Configuring Workday Hcm Modules.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Workday Hcm Certification Is Highly Desired, With A Thorough Understanding Of Workday's System Architecture, Security, And Reporting Capabilities.
