Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday HCM related inquiries and issues.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex HR issues.
Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and provide customized solutions using Workday HCM.
Conduct training sessions for clients and team members on Workday HCM functionality and updates.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR and Workday HCM to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to meet specific client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday HCM.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and provide regular updates to clients and project managers.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project progress.
Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for Workday HCM services.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to Workday HCM implementation and support.
Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for all their Workday HCM needs.
Represent Cognizant in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge And Experience In Implementing Workday Hcm Modules, Including Core Hr, Talent Management, Compensation, And Benefits.
Proven Expertise In Configuring And Customizing Workday Business Processes, Security, And Reporting.
Excellent Understanding Of Hr And Payroll Processes, Policies, And Regulations.
Ability To Analyze And Troubleshoot Complex System Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.
