Utilize expertise in finance and knowledge of Workday to provide strategic guidance and solutions to clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and identify areas for improvement through the implementation of Workday.
Configure and customize Workday to meet the specific financial needs and processes of each client.
Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing financial processes within Workday.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and updates in the finance and Workday industries to continuously improve services and solutions.
Train and educate clients on Workday functionalities and how to best utilize them for their financial processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Workday with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
Continuously monitor and assess the performance of Workday within the client's financial operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues.
Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures related to Workday finance implementations.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Cognizant as a leader in business and technology solutions.
Uphold ethical and legal standards in all client interactions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and innovation.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Finance Modules, Including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, And Financial Reporting.
Strong Understanding Of Finance And Accounting Principles, As Well As Experience With Financial Processes And Procedures.
Proven Experience In Implementing And Configuring Workday Finance Solutions For Clients, Including Gathering Requirements, Designing Solutions, And Conducting User Testing.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Provide Guidance To Junior Team Members.
