Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workbrain WFM technology, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Act as the subject matter expert for Workbrain WFM technology, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
Design and implement solutions that leverage Workbrain WFM technology to meet the unique needs of clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Workbrain WFM technology, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client solutions.
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for Workbrain WFM implementations and upgrades.
Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any issues or concerns.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with Workbrain WFM technology implementations and provide solutions to minimize their impact.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and user manuals.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies and regulations.
Conduct trainings and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members and clients.
Continuously assess and improve processes and methodologies related to Workbrain WFM technology implementations.
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Workbrain WFM technology within the organization and industry.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Background In Workbrain Wfm: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Workbrain Wfm Platform, Including Its Architecture, Functionality, And Integration Capabilities.
Experience In Workbrain Wfm Implementation: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Workbrain Wfm For Large Organizations. This Includes Designing And Configuring Various Modules, Such As Time And Attendance, Scheduling, And Workforce Analytics.
Knowledge Of Related Technologies: A Workbrain Wfm Tech Architect Should Have A Good Understanding Of Related Technologies Such As Hris, Payroll Systems, And Other Workforce Management Tools. This Will Help In Designing Integrated Solutions That Meet The Client's Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Analyze Complex Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions. They Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During The Implementation Or Maintenance Of The Workbrain Wfm System.
Project Management Experience: As A Workbrain Wfm Tech Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading The Implementation Project From Start To Finish. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Resource Management, And Client Communication Skills.
