Strong Leadership Skills: As A Leader, The Vp Should Possess Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Stakeholder Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Solutioning Experts And Work Closely With Sales, Delivery, And Other Cross-Functional Teams To Develop Winning Proposals For Large Deals.
