Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
Plan and execute user testing sessions to gather feedback on product prototypes.
Analyze and synthesize research data to identify key insights and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
Utilize various research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather user insights.
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in all aspects of product design and development.
Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience.
Communicate effectively with team members to align on research goals and priorities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and incorporate them into research plans.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers.
Continuously evaluate and improve research processes and methodologies.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the UX team at Cognizant.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Or A Related Field.
Proven Experience Conducting User Research, Including Designing And Executing Studies, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Findings.
Familiarity With Various Research Methods, Such As Surveys, Interviews, Usability Testing, And Card Sorting.
Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Inform Design Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
