We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and collaborative UX Lead/Manager to join our team at Cognizant. As a UX Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for driving the user experience of our products and solutions, ensuring that our customers and employees have a positive, intuitive, and engaging experience. You will work cross-functionally across the organization to understand user needs and transform them into actionable, data-driven design solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of user experience principles, trends, and technologies. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. You should have a portfolio of user-centered design projects and a record of leading successful UX initiatives.We are looking for someone who is dedicated to creating the best possible user experience and is passionate about making a positive impact on our customers and employees. Responsibilities:

Lead user experience design for new products and solutions, utilizing user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Gather user needs and requirements and transform them into actionable design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other design deliverables.
Develop strategic user experience initiatives that improve the usability and appeal of our products.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to ensure design solutions are effectively implemented.
Conduct user research, usability studies, and user testing to inform design decisions.
Develop and maintain user interface guidelines and standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure user experience needs are met.
Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and technologies.
Create and maintain a portfolio of successful UX projects.
