Additionally, you must have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing Travel and Hospitality Technology Solutions, as well as the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for Travel and Hospitality customers.
  2. Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers.
  3. Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify potential new opportunities.
  4. Working with customers to define and refine project requirements.
  5. Working with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  6. Providing technical support and training to customers as needed.
  7. Developing strategic plans for customer projects.
  8. Generating reports and performing analysis to track project performance and customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintaining customer records and databases.
