Lead and manage the media intelligence team to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
Develop strategies and provide insights based on data analysis to drive client success and enhance their digital presence.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the media landscape to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective media intelligence strategies.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in media intelligence.
Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients.
Act as a point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and development.
Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to media intelligence.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
Represent the media intelligence team in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of media intelligence data to clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Media Intelligence, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Media Monitoring And Analysis Tools, Such As Meltwater Or Cision.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Insights To Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members.
