Maintain and optimize clients' Teradata environments to ensure efficient and secure data operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the Teradata environment.
Work closely with clients to understand their data management needs and provide solutions.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain data security protocols to protect clients' sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Teradata technology.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on system maintenance and performance.
Create and maintain documentation for Teradata processes and procedures.
Train and mentor junior team members on Teradata administration best practices.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Administering Teradata Databases In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Proficiency In Teradata Tools And Utilities Such As Bteq, Fastload, Multiload, Tpt, And Viewpoint.
Experience With Data Warehousing Concepts And Techniques, Including Etl, Data Modeling, And Performance Tuning.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
