- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful execution of programs.
- Utilize your expertise in technology and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency within the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to project teams on best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and operations, and make recommendations for incorporating them into program strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and foster their professional growth.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to showcase our capabilities and thought leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates, gather feedback, and make strategic decisions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technology Or Operations Leadership Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or It Services Company.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Technology And Operations Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
