Lead and manage a team of developers and technical experts to deliver high-quality ecommerce solutions for our clients using Shopify platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Utilize your strong technical background to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensure best practices are followed in development processes.
Conduct regular code reviews and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of coding and development.
Keep up-to-date with the latest ecommerce technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely resolution to any issues or challenges that arise.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Monitor and analyze website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise in client meetings and presentations.
Mentor and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate training and development opportunities to ensure the team's continuous growth and success.

Extensive Experience With Shopify: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Shopify And Its Features, As Well As Hands-On Experience In Developing And Managing Shopify-Based Ecommerce Websites.
Strong Technical Skills: As A Technical Lead, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Html, Css, Javascript, And Other Web Development Languages. They Should Also Be Proficient In Implementing Third-Party Applications And Customizing Shopify Themes.
